Men’s Ministry

The purpose of the Men's ministry is to equip men to carry out God's purpose in every arena of their lives. We do this by cultivating relationships, meeting together weekly, hosting annual men's events, and meeting together at a monthly breakfasts or "work days."

Weekly Men's Meetings:

Tuesday Evening Bible Study
Currently working through the Navigator's Design for Discipleship Study, the meeting is held every Tuesday evening from 8:00 to 9:00pm at the church. More on the Bible Study HERE.

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
6:00 - 7:00am at the church, with breakfast at Panera Bread in Sugar Land afterward for those who can make it.

Semi-Annual Events:

Quarterly Men's Breakfast
Features a guest speaker, breakfast and a different topic each meeting.

Men's Work Day
Men work together at various locations, including neighborhood projects, assistance for the elderly, home projects for men of the church, and church maintenance.

Annual Events:

Men's Conference
Usually held early in the year as a kick off for the events planned for the new year. It is held at the church on Friday evening and all day Saturday, usually in February.

Expedition at Frontier Camp
Men from the church gather at Frontier Camp (north of Houston) for a relaxing, energizing weekend outdoors. This event is usually held in the spring.

Family Campout or Father/Child Campout at Brazos Bend State Park
A time for men to treat their families to camping and fishing at the state park. Fishing is free at the park and no license is required. This event is usually held in the fall.
