What is a Summer Bible Club?
Summer Bible Clubs are an exciting, fun-filled hour held each day for five consecutive days during the Summer break. Clubs include: dynamic Bible lessons creative learning activities inspiring missionary story meaningful songs life-changing Scripture memory.

Who Sponsors the Club?
Summer Bible Clubs are jointly sponsored by Sugar Land Bible Church (SLBC) and Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF®), an international, Bible-centered organization, which has been in existence for over 60 years. CEF® teaches biblical principles to more than three million children each year. Summer Bible Clubs are held in SLBC members backyards, parks, or neighborhood facilities.

Who Can Attend?
Summer Bible Clubs are open to all boys and girls between the ages of five and twelve, regardless of religious background. Parents are welcome to attend the club with their child.

Who Teaches the Club?
Godly, Christian teachers who are concerned for the spiritual well-being of your child teach the clubs. These teachers have received specialized training from CEF®.

Is There Any Cost?
While there is no charge for these clubs, an optional missionary offering is taken each day.

What are the benefits of Summer Bible Clubs?
Children learn: Biblical principles, moral values, character qualities, and respect for authority.

Are the Children Safe?
SLBC and CEF® have taken specific steps to insure the safety of all children. All club workers are carefully screened as required by SLBC's and CEF's child protection policies.
